ZART Shipping Policy
Notice: In order to prevent unnecessary loss, please read the Policy carefully before placing an order.
Handling Time:
- General Orders: Upon receiving an order, it typically takes 1-3 business days to prepare the products for shipment.
- Los Angeles Warehouse: 1-2 business days.
- Florida Warehouse: 1-2 business days.
- Seller Direct Shipping: May vary depending on the seller’s setting, usually 1-3 business days.
Delivery Schedule:
- The shipping method may vary depending on your shipping address, country, and region. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email from us with the tracking ID.

Estimated Shipping Time:
- General orders: Based on the shipping option selected at checkout, typically 3-15 business days after shipment.
- Pre-orders: Within 30 days.
Shipping Delays:
- Please note that shipping delays may occur due to public holidays in the US (such as Christmas or New Year).
- The Customer acknowledges that delays to the estimated dispatch and delivery date may occur. ZART shall not be held liable for delays in the following circumstances:
- Natural disasters, strikes, and other similar force majeure events.
Address and Liability:
- The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer in the order form. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct address is registered at all times, and ZART shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the Customer’s failure to update their delivery address.
- To avoid package address change fraud, ZART will not modify the shipping information after your order is confirmed. If your shipping information is incorrect, please contact us at [return@zartusa.com] to cancel your order and reorder with the correct information. If the package has been sent out, the shipping information cannot be modified, and the order cannot be canceled.
Delivery and Risk Transfer:
- Delivery is deemed to have occurred when the Customer, or their representative, takes possession of the Product. The risk of the Product passes to the Customer upon receipt. If the Product is not collected or received on time due to Customer-related reasons, the risk passes to the Customer once the item is at their disposal, and failure to take possession constitutes a breach of contract. ZART reserves the right to charge the Customer for extra shipping costs due to failure to collect the Products on time.
Shipping Costs and Regions:

ZART Distribution:
- ZART’s self-operated product shipments primarily originate from the Los Angeles warehouse.
- Seller products may ship from the Florida warehouse or the seller's designated shipping location.
- Please check the shipping cost details at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
Taxes & Duties:
- When purchasing products from ZART, sales tax will be collected based on the laws of the respective US states.
Warranty:
- Due to the complexity of handmade crafts, we cannot offer a warranty service. However, we provide return and exchange services for serious quality issues, depending on the seller's service settings.
- ZART’s self-operated products come with a one-year basic warranty. If the product needs to be returned for inspection or repair due to quality issues within 30 days of receipt, ZART will cover the return shipping costs. After 30 days, the shipping costs will be shared between ZART and the customer.
This policy ensures clarity and fairness for all parties involved while maintaining high standards for our shipping processes.
